We generally arrive 2–3 hours before your event to set up PA, lighting, and A/V systems, coordinating with venues or planners for a seamless load-in. We test all equipment to ensure flawless performance and adapt to any space, from clubs to outdoor setups.

We understand that plans can change. If your event is canceled or needs to be rescheduled, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with you on adjustments and accommodate new dates when available. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event; within 7 days, they’re non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability.
