  • Pricing starts at $250 for walk-in sound engineering, and typically ranges from $450 to $1200 for solo acts and bands, and $800 to $1200 for private events, depending on size, duration, and services (e.g., lighting, streaming).

  • Book as early as possible to secure your date, as availability varies seasonally. We recommend 4–6 weeks for band gigs and 2–3 months for corporate or wedding events. Even in early planning, reach out—We’re easy to work with and can guide you through AV needs.

  • We generally arrive 2–3 hours before your event to set up PA, lighting, and A/V systems, coordinating with venues or planners for a seamless load-in. We test all equipment to ensure flawless performance and adapt to any space, from clubs to outdoor setups.

  • Yes, we offer custom A/V solutions like multi-track recording for bands and live streaming for hybrid events, such as corporate meetings or weddings. Act4Audio’s creative approach ensures high-quality audio and video that amplify your vision.

  • Cameron O'Rourke personally oversees setup, mixing, and operation. For larger events, we may supply additional crew and/or partner with trusted local technicians, ensuring quality and dependability. Our hands-on approach delivers your vision with confidence.

  • We understand that plans can change. If your event is canceled or needs to be rescheduled, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with you on adjustments and accommodate new dates when available. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event; within 7 days, they’re non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability.
